A young woman, Stacey, is about to commit murder. Her inexperience, coupled with mounting pressure, force her to team up with Theodore, the building caretaker. Together they are driven to plotting the murders of three tenants in their apartment building. As collaboration evolves into confrontation, Theodore and Stacey are catapulted into a turbulent storm of conflict that yields astonishing revelations.
